Cloud problem "OneDrive"
Hi LarisaKuchina,
I'm sorry to hear that you're still having problems with OneDrive. You have already tried resetting and uninstalling OneDrive, but the problem persists.
I recommend that you try the following:
- Use OneDrive on a different device. If you have access to another computer, try using OneDrive on that device. If the problem does not occur on the other device, then the problem is likely with your local installation of OneDrive.
- Try using the OneDrive website. If you are unable to use OneDrive on your local device, you can try using the OneDrive website. To do this, go to onedrive.com: https://onedrive.live.com/login/ and sign in with your Microsoft account.
- Contact Microsoft support again. If you have tried all of the above and you are still having problems, then you should contact Microsoft support again. Explain the problem to them and let them know that you have already tried resetting and uninstalling OneDrive.

I understand that you are very frustrated with the OneDrive problem you are experiencing.
