my access to all my files is blocked. No warning or informatiom why. there is very important Personal and medical data stored.
m365 administer request didn't help at all. didn3ven understand the problem. . is there a way to get access back to get the important data?
after that I don't care If everything is deleted.

thanks for the answer.
Sadly account recovery form works only for blocked accouns. not if only the access to onedrive is blocked.
I'm already in contact with m365 support.
not really hel0ing. they changed per remote access several of my Azure settings. to no avail. ofc.
after I repeated again and again to have a look on the onedrive web page they noticed what is wrong. not that I haven't told them several times and made it the header of my support request. ;)
than I'd been told to create another tenant and forget the old one.
great advice to lose the data. no help for me.
right now I've been told to buy a new subscription cause they can fix the issue only with me having an E5. But my E3 developer subscription is valid till 12/26. and it includes onedrive and sharepoint. no way i'm spending thousands on a new subscription while I have a valid one.
It gets crazier by the minute and I still have no access to my data.
makes me really regret my decision for MS.

thanks for the reply.
Sadly the account recovery form isn't working cause my account isn't blocked. only the access to onedrive and sharepoint.
I'm already in contact with m365 support.
the guy there seems to know nothing about this issue at all.
he changed remote several of my Azure settings. do no avail. ofc.
I sent him the problem again and again.also asked what the violation was so I can defend myself. asked for a copy of my data or a temporary read only access also.
he didn't seem to care about the urgency. yesterday he told me he'l forward the problem. today I send him information about my files and the German law about private copies.
he called me and didn't react to anything I told him. only that he will forward the issue and I will be informed. than hung up.
no chance to explain or defend. still don't know what caused the issue.
so m365 support isn't any help at all.
I really need a contact to those who can review the block, but noone will tell me who I can ask.
When OneDrive blocks access due to an “Acceptable Use Policy” violation, it usually means Microsoft’s automated system flagged some content as potentially unsafe or against their terms, even if it’s a mistake. Unfortunately, only Microsoft Support can review and unlock the account in these cases, the local M365 admin doesn’t have the permissions to override it. I’d recommend going directly to the Microsoft Account Recovery form or contacting Microsoft 365 Support and clearly explaining that it’s a false positive and that you need temporary access to retrieve personal medical files. Be sure to emphasize that this is personal data and not business-related, they can often escalate cases like this faster once verified.
