Why only 9 participants?
Why have Microsoft only enabled you to view 9 participants? It's rather annoying hearing people in my company saying 'In Zoom you can view 49' Does anyone know the reason? Would people like ...

Ask them - why do you want to see 49 pictures of people in the size of a stamp? It's because Teams is for business and not for having a team party. You can use jit.si for this without any registration
StephanGee I get this, but people still like it. I also like seeing more than 9 people when i'm on Zoom with friends. What I don't get is why not give the option of a gallery view and a 3x3 view.
- Thats ok. For meeting friends i also use another tool like https://meet.jit.si/ which does work in chrome, edge and firefox without any plugin.
