Where does the Teams transcription file live?

All the Microsoft documentation I see for Teams transcription, says live transcription files are stored in the meeting organizer's Exchange Online account. Am I able to find that file when searching for the employee in Exchange Admin? Or do I need to use a PowerShell script?
