Voicemail inbox
Hi all.
I am wondering if it is possible to set up a group voicemail account so i can have calls from a call queue sent to VM is it is not picked up and then have all admin staff alerted that there is a VM.
Do I need to add a user account with Phone system license and VM or can i create a resource account with virtual phone system license?
I do feel that a VM option should be part of the call queue config.
