Voicemail greeting record not saving
Hello!
I'm trying to record a personal greeting, but it's not saving. I can record and confirm, but when testing on a call it plays the default greeting.
If I try to record again it says I don't have any recorded greetings yet. I tried to record on web e app aplication.
The text to voice field is working.
For other users the record greeting it is working fine.
what could be?

- Been pulling my hair out on this one. Last year our company switched over our phone numbers to teams. There is a recorded greeting when calling my number but when going into teams to change it, says no greeting recorded. Where is this greeting and how do I delete it? Tried recording a new greeting, tried text to speach greeting and it keeps playing the old ghost greeting.
