Voicemail greeting record not saving
Hello!
I'm trying to record a personal greeting, but it's not saving. I can record and confirm, but when testing on a call it plays the default greeting. If I try to record again it says I don't...
Been pulling my hair out on this one. Last year our company switched over our phone numbers to teams. There is a recorded greeting when calling my number but when going into teams to change it, says no greeting recorded. Where is this greeting and how do I delete it? Tried recording a new greeting, tried text to speach greeting and it keeps playing the old ghost greeting.
