Unable to add more frames to see maximum participants while doing video conferencing
Hello Experts!
I am hosting most of our employee engagement activities for team,
As these COVID19 outbreaks continues to impact people across the globe and while our entire team is working remotely, I was hoping to start a video conferencing to socialize the employees however,
The current view shows maximum 04 frames of active people in video calls however,
Using MS Teams, How can we add more frames to see maximum participants while doing video conferencing through Teams?
Any recommendations/settings/suggestions from community?
Thanks,
Gaurav
- The current limit is 4 displayed, there is work in progress to increase that to 9 displayed. See https://microsoftteams.uservoice.com/forums/555103-public/suggestions/17010055-show-video-for-all-people-in-video-meeting

Rob Ellis Thanks for posting the idea - I have voted it!
but looking at the dates, the Microsoft has taken this idea into consideration since May. 2019 (almost a year back) and since then there has been no further updates as to when this feature will be available to the users, sad!
I'm sure, there should be a huge demand for this feature!
