"Turn on new meeting experience" is not found therefore "Together mode" is not available

I would like to use "Together mode". But it doesn't appear from [...] menu. I checked the settings and "Turn on new meeting experience" is not found. Is this related with the version or authority? If you know anything about this, please help me out!
