Time Suggestion are only Available for 15 or fewer attendees

Hi,

One of my end-user raise a concern with the time suggestion when creating a meeting invite via Microsoft Teams.

I am aware that the limit for a meeting/calls are at 250 attendees. That why I am also curious, why are we getting this notification. Our settings are set to default.

You may refer to the attached file for your reference.

Thank you in advance.

  • Because it simply doesn't make sense to poll the availability of all participants beyond a certain limit. Outlook has a similar limit for its "scheduling assistant" functionality.

      Hi Vasil,

Given the situation, can we still change the time and add attendees. Thanks

Nothing is stopping you from that. The warning simply tells you that the "intelligence" built into the future will not be used due to too many attendees. You can adjust it manually though.
