Teams with default forms
Dear
We want to create two forms thats gone be used by teams .
How to create forms template and share them with the company that the can use it in all te teams meetings ?
the forms are two questions if the user give there permission to record this meeting.
and if the users give permission to use the recording for training solutions.

- When you have created a form you can go to settings and get an url for a template of this form!
It’s not super inuative and Microsoft is also working on more template options currently
Isn’t it enough though to mention recordings in the meeting details and by entering they accept?
There’s also the disclaimer in the meeting when someone’s starts the meeting
