Teams Tab configuration
Good morning, I have two problems with Teams. I hope you can help me
These are the facts:
- I renamed a communications site, from "../sites/IT" to "../sites/IT-Support", from the SharePoint Administration Site. Following the online guides, I eliminated redirects from the old site to the new one using the SharePoint Online Management Shell.
- I then renamed a group of Teams from IT-AFOR to IT, from the 365 Administration Site, also changing their email addresses. The address of the related group site was also changed from ".../sites/IT-AFOR" to "../sites/IT"
There are no published apps or customizations in the sites.
Now the two SharePoint sites are working properly and there are the right documents and listings (the group site is not used, the group works via Teams).
Here are the two problems in Teams, in the IT Group General channel and the second standard channel:
1. the "File" Tab does not show files but the error "404 FILE NOT FOUND"
2. Clicking "add a tab" and selecting the Lists app shows the error "A problem occurred while reaching the app"
How can i fix them?
Thanks!!

Hi,
For your first error, please try following the below instruction, I think it will solve your problem.

Vijayakumar17 Thanks, I had already tried that page, but my files are already in the shared folder. If I access from Sharepoint to the group site I see them correctly:
It's like from the tab it still points to the old folder, which no longer exists (../sites/IT-AFOR/shared...)

If it works, then you need to clear Microsoft Teams Cache files.
Fully close Microsoft Teams – Right click the Teams icon in the system tray (near the clock) and click Quit.
While holding down the Windows key, press R – this will open the Windows Run box.
Copy and paste this into the Run box: %appdata%\Microsoft\Teams
Delete everything in the folder. [All these are cache files only.]
Relaunch Teams – it will ask you to sign in and try again.
