Teams Tab configuration
Hi,
For your first error, please try following the below instruction, I think it will solve your problem.
https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftteams/troubleshoot/files/access-files-tab-errors
Note: I'm not a Microsoft Employee, just another community user.
Vijayakumar17 Thanks, I had already tried that page, but my files are already in the shared folder. If I access from Sharepoint to the group site I see them correctly:
It's like from the tab it still points to the old folder, which no longer exists (../sites/IT-AFOR/shared...)
- Vijayakumar17Mar 21, 2024Copper ContributorTry clearing browser cache and open an InPrivate window and login to Microsoft Teams[https://teams.microsoft.com] and try it from here.
If it works, then you need to clear Microsoft Teams Cache files.
Fully close Microsoft Teams – Right click the Teams icon in the system tray (near the clock) and click Quit.
While holding down the Windows key, press R – this will open the Windows Run box.
Copy and paste this into the Run box: %appdata%\Microsoft\Teams
Delete everything in the folder. [All these are cache files only.]
Relaunch Teams – it will ask you to sign in and try again.- LaraM_CMar 21, 2024Copper Contributor
Thanks again, I work normally with Microsoft Teams[https://teams.microsoft.com]. Already tried.
The same errors are also there for my colleagues from other computers and other accounts, in the same Team.I was hoping for some configuration to be done with my other administrative profile
