Teams (free version) settings within a call restrict rights for guests

Hi,

I´m in need to restrict the rights within a call. Example 10 pax in a call, me a colleague and 8 guests. As I would like to record the session it would be necessary that the 8 guests can´t activate their camera or micro. I only found out how to disable the micro, but not the camera. As soon as one of them is using the cam, this person will be on the recording as well. (Which would be a big issue by data protection and so I couldn´t use the recording at all)

Is there a way to do it, and if so how?

I really appreciate your help as I was searching for an answer for hours on google, but couldn´t find it.
