Teams for Mac Client: Cant Add members to a channel
When I try to search for members to add them to a new channel I created none are found.
But when I search for somebody to simply direct message everything works as expected. Is this a permissions issue?

- when adding people to a private channel they must first be a member of the team where the private channel is located or they will not be available to add to the channel.
