Teams App Installation Issues - Urgent Help Needed

Hello Microsoft Community,

I'm reaching out regarding critical issues we're experiencing with our Teams app deployment that began on February 12th. We're facing two serious problems:

  1. Users reporting missing app: Multiple customers have reported that our Virto Calendar app has disappeared from their Teams environment, despite having been properly installed and functional previously.
  2. Dramatic drop in trial activations: Our trial activations have plummeted from 30-40 daily to 4-6 initially, and as of yesterday, have stopped completely.

We've attempted to address this through official channels:

  • Opened support ticket #2503150040000720
  • Contacted our Microsoft account manager
  • Reached out to our marketing manager
  • Messaged the Teams submission team

Unfortunately, we've received no response from any of these channels, which is particularly concerning given the significant business impact this is having on our operations.

Questions for the community:

  • Has anyone else experienced similar issues with Teams app visibility or installation recently?
  • Are there any known deployments or changes that occurred around February 12th that might explain this behavior?
  • Can anyone suggest alternative escalation paths when standard support channels aren't responding?

Any insights would be greatly appreciated as this situation is severely impacting our business operations and customer relationships.
