Teams - Camera and screen share issue
Hi,
Since yesterday we have been having firm wide issues with camera usage and screen share in Teams calls.
When user 1 calls user 2, user 1 can see user 2s camera and screen share.
User 2 cannot see user 1s camera or screen share.
It seems to be that the recipient cannot see camera feed or screen share, but the original caller can see incoming camera feeds and screen shares.
We have tried fully reinstalling and nuking local cache, but no luck.
Before we start looking a bit deeper, has any others had this at all.
Many thanks guys

Hello,
I'm still experiencing this issue. I have two accounts from different organisations/Tenants.
One of my accounts works fine, but the other continues to have this problem on the same computer. It seems related to the Tenant configuration.Best regards,

Hey Joao,
The account on which you are facing the issue still, is that tenant integrated with a third party compliance recording platform like Verba or Nice etc? Coz the issue still persists for us and when we disable and reenable the compliance recording policy for the users the screen sharing and camera starts working. Seems a tenant configuration issue as well.

Hey George,
Hope you are doing well. We got an update from MS to update to a certain version of Intel Drivers i.e.
IntelĀ® Graphics Driver 32.0.101.7026 (WHQL Certified)
While I installed it and now the screen sharing works 100% of the time for me but it is not the case with other users in our tenant which is strange. Their screen sharing doesnt work. I am suspecting since I am an old user on our tenant in comparison to other users that I have tested with, maybe the Teams client update being pushed from the backend is affecting my client and not yet others.
What has been the status on your end as of now?
Do let know. Thanks again. Cheers.

We have the exact same issue and have been battling it for the last few days initially thinking it was Lenovo machine based but now starting to be reported by multiple users. Further testing confirms the above work around as well as looking like the issue is related to the latest Teams app update/release. I raised this also yesterday here: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/questions/5523368/teams-desktop-app-not-streaming-camera-to-receiver
Have reported as an issue in Microsoft Health, absolute waste of many hours investigating this, glad its not just us!

We are having this issue isolated to a single pair of users. as a workaround, we have found that scheduled meetings or "meet now" rather than simply "calling"...
We have also tried fresh starting the OS in addition to reinstaling the application and nothing has worked to fix the issue...
