SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION bluescreen during teams call

Dear all 

i am facing a problem while using teams app calls when i start call to other person , when this person pick up the call and try to speak with me we found both of our computers gives us blue screen and says to us go to www.windows.com/stopcode and this stopcode
