Streams Recorded Video is not working on Ipad and Mobile devices

Hi Everyone, 
Facing one issue, while trying to open the recorded session of a meeting on my mobile device and Apple Ipad it's just playing audio, video is showing blank but on the laptop, it's working perfectly fine.
 
Kindly share your views on it.

    My two cents.

    My kids use the teams for class, and the records were not starting. And I found out that in the ipad setting, turn the time zone setting to "auto" solved the problem.

      Hi

      I have downloaded stream app but when I chose play in Microsoft streams nothing happens. Any help.

        KhushiDebnath same as mine, I have downloaded stream app but when I chose play in Microsoft stream nothing happens too. Do you know the solution yet?
