Starting or Joining a meeting takes over 30 seconds with any Camera enabled

Sounds like a tough one! Is it docked? Using external display? Wi-Fi or cable? Resolution? Specific settings/programs in OS? Any difference if changing/disabling any of those (if applicable).
ChristianJBergstrom Has there been a resolution to this issue? I have a Lenovo with the same issue.
