StarLeaf + Teams integration
The first thing to check is whether this is a real Team with channels, rather than only a Microsoft 365 group. A user who is only a member normally cannot manage all team-level app settings, so the Team owner should either add and configure StarLeaf, or temporarily make the user an owner while the setup is completed.
The Teams administrator should also check the Teams admin center and confirm that the StarLeaf app is allowed for the tenant and permitted by the relevant app permission policy. Remove the existing StarLeaf app from the Team, add it again from the Teams app store, and then retry with a newly generated integration token. Do not post that token in the forum or send it by email, since it should be treated as a credential.
Make sure the new token was created for the correct StarLeaf organization and that the organization still has an active subscription that includes the Teams integration. If the same error appears after a Team owner or Teams admin performs the setup, the problem is likely on the StarLeaf side rather than with the user’s Teams client.
