This error often occurs due to permission mismatches within Microsoft Teams. Even if the StarLeaf app is installed, setting up an integration token usually requires specific administrative privileges or 'Group Owner' status in Teams. I suggest checking if the 'Allow third-party apps' toggle is enabled in the Teams Admin Center. Also, clearing the Teams cache before re-installing often resolves the 'Something went wrong' loop.
