Shifts

HI,

When I export a timesheet from Teams any notes which are included within the shift do not export. This is true also for any in-shift activity. Staff are entering information into the notes during the shift which we would like to view with the exported timesheet data? I believe notes added by the mobile app do appear.

Is there a way for desktop users to add notes whilst in the shift or after, and for it to be visible in the timesheet export?
