set longer Timer for auto dial-out function

Our users hadn't reported this issue and we've been running the CCX500's for 18months now
Until today (27/10/22) where a user reported it,
I've done some basic messing around and it looks like its crept in with "Teams App 1449/1.0.94.2022090705" where a user dialing a number pauses to check and it will auto ring with 4 numbers
I have a few still on "Teams App 1449/1.0.94.2022062103" that will sit with 4 numbers selected and not auto dial.
Will try to roll back the affected phones to see if they return to working

It definitely appeared with the latest teams app. Was not the there in prior versions. unfortunately we upgraded to fix another problem, but introduced this massive headache!
