set longer Timer for auto dial-out function

sadly this is not the solution to my problem..
When i am typing the telephone number in the Teams-Telephone (T58A Yealink Teams Phones and CCX500 Poly Phone) the phone is automatic calling the number after 2-3 seconds.. this time-windows i want to make this longer to 10 seconds.. i didnt find something to change this options,,

linuxxx Just wondering if you found a solution to this problem? I'm building CCX500's and having the same problem. Thanks.
- Our users hadn't reported this issue and we've been running the CCX500's for 18months now
Until today (27/10/22) where a user reported it,
I've done some basic messing around and it looks like its crept in with "Teams App 1449/1.0.94.2022090705" where a user dialing a number pauses to check and it will auto ring with 4 numbers
I have a few still on "Teams App 1449/1.0.94.2022062103" that will sit with 4 numbers selected and not auto dial.
Will try to roll back the affected phones to see if they return to working- It definitely appeared with the latest teams app. Was not the there in prior versions. unfortunately we upgraded to fix another problem, but introduced this massive headache!
