Review Calls not leveraging UDP for audio/voice
- Jun 30, 2023
Hello shockotechcom,
In Microsoft Teams, you can review call details, including the transport protocol used, from the Microsoft 365 admin portal. To check if the calls between users are using UDP or TCP, you can follow these steps:
1. Sign in to the Microsoft 365 admin portal (admin.microsoft.com) using your admin credentials.
2. Navigate to the "Teams" admin center. You can find it under the "Admin centers" section or by searching for "Teams" in the search bar.
3. In the Teams admin center, click on "Analytics & reports" in the left-hand menu.
4. From the sub-menu, select "Usage reports."
5. On the "Usage reports" page, you'll find a list of available reports. Look for the report named "PSTN and Conference Report."
6. Click on "PSTN and Conference Report" to open the report.
7. In the report, you can view the call details for different users and sessions. Look for the "Transport" column, which indicates the transport protocol used for each call. If a call used UDP, it should be indicated in this column.
Kindest regards
