Poly X50 & TC8 - External users can't see video

freall ours has been fine until last week when it happened again once.
The Customer is running the latest Teams & Poly Software.
I'll pass this on to IT.

A new update was pushed this weekend for Poly and Yealink devices. Update 2A app. Should be in TAC now.
