Hi,
As per understanding you do not want to display the Caller Id of the person who is calling in to the reception. Correct me if I am wrong on the understanding.
You can configure the diversion header in the Attendant Console system for the business unit and check if that works. As once the call is forwarded from the AA to the Hipath4000 system the Caller Id configuration won't be impacting.
