PSTN Call Transfer - Microsoft Teams Phone with Calling Plan
We have been experiencing issues with call transferring. We have identified that when transferring a call from user A to user B and then user A attempts to retrieve the call it is not possible. This appears to be limited to a specific user at this time. We have tested on Audiocodes C470HD and found that the user is unable retrieve a call that has attempted to be transferred regardless of the deskphone.

Is your organization using Direct Routing?FcoDiazZ Since Microsoft provided an update to the Teams App on the deskphone things have improved.
- We are still seeing the delay in when an inbound call is received. It has not been solved.

Is the functionality working seamlessly on the Microsoft Teams Desktop Application?
Are the transfers working with other users or all the users are impacted?
Can you also check if you are allowing the Call Forwarding options in the Calling Policies to the internal users?

Can you also check if you are allowing the Call Forwarding options in the Calling Policies to the internal users?
