Is the functionality working seamlessly on the Microsoft Teams Desktop Application? Not known as it is not used. Only using the Deskphone.
Are the transfers working with other users or all the users are impacted? All users are impacted.
Can you also check if you are allowing the Call Forwarding options in the Calling Policies to the internal users? Call forwarding is enabled.
