Presenter not able to speak during Live Event

Hi,

 

I recently had a Live Event where one of the presenters couldn't speak. They were NOT muted and they click on the correct link to join as a presenter. Luckily it was only a practice run, but does anyone know why this could've happened? If so, how does one fix it?

    I would check the microphone to see which microphone is selected, so I would test in Teams and confirm the microphone and camera is working then try going into the live event. Also I would have the presenter leave and comeback into the Live event.
