Poly X50 & TC8 - External users can't see video

Anyone with a sollution for this?

We still have the same issue with the newest firmware. 3.10

    Do you mean sw 3.10 (Official) or 3.11 Beta that was released today?

      One of the earlier ones sorry can't remember which but around 3.6

        hi all,

        i recently intalled 4 X50 devices in one of our destinations.
        actually having this issue.
        all on Poly 3.11 and Teams App 1449/1.0.96.2022011305

        sometimes mute/unmute video helps.

        any further hints?
