Planner task comments no longer send email notifications – critical regression
This change removed a previously existing core functionality without providing an adequate replacement. With the new Planner experience, task comments no longer trigger automatic email notifications...
This change has also been incredibly disruptive to my team and our work flow and critical information is being missed.
I feel that this should be an organizational setting of choice to enable notifications on all chats to the task assignee.
I would also like to again be able to respond to chat via the email notification. That was incredibly useful and my team's communication has taken a hit without it.
