Organising a meeting on behalf of someone/delegated calendar
The new feature by MS to default and restrict access only to Meeting Organizer – does it mean PA’s have access if they scheduled the meeting? In other words, what is the implication of delegated cale...

Hi,
When scheduling a meeting for someone else as an delegate you have to add yourself as and Presenter if the "Who can present" settings is not set to everyone in org.

Thank you for the information.
What I am trying to ascertain is:
If the PA who has delegated rights on the Execs diary/calendar sets up the meeting for the Exec, does the same PA have access to the recordings and attendance register or does that default to the owner - in this case the Exec.
In short who has the rights/priveleges to restrict the access to the recording after the meeting - the PA only or the PA and Exec or the Exec only?
Hope this makes sense - I am so confused!
