Hi KirstinBosworth,
In order to locate the original "Organizational Home Team" in Microsoft Teams, you can try the following techniques:
Review recent activity: Open Microsoft Teams ond the Web as Teams Admin (Global Admin) and try to view events in the "Activity" tab and try to look for any recent changes or activities related to the "Organizational Home Team". This may provide some info about changeing its name or actions taken on it.
Use the Microsoft 365 Security & Compliance Center to access the audit logs. Look for any activities or changes related to the "Organizational Home Team", such as renaming or deletion. The audit logs can help track the history of the team and provide insights into its current status (if it is turned on).
