Oral History Interviews using Microsoft teams?

Hey! 

  I had a question about Microsoft teams , I wanted to use it to conduct oral history interviews and i was wondering if Microsoft teams would be adaptable to a situation like that ? and can you give me reason why this would be a good/ bad idea ?
