Now need to pay for a call queue!!!
Peter Longley I've not seen any information what you need Domestic call plan to get Call Queues to work, I doubt that is true. Ask Microsoft Support about the technet article with that information.
We have tried telling the support engineer that the site said we only need the Virtual license but it they have since then sent us this article which changed on 12th July in step 4. to say you need to need to Buy a Domestic or International Calling Plan.

They are not fully up to speed on things and didn't really know about this but then having said that even now when following these steps we are unable to save the resource account when we add the service number etc it just says it cannot be saved!
