Notes Tab in Standard Channels

Hello,

According to this https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/manage-your-team-s-notes-with-onenote-13fd630e-cf97-4779-b94c-f8e55fdeb075, Microsoft Teams users will soon get a Notes tab powered by OneNote. This tab will be added by default to the tabs bar across the top of new standard channels.

I don't see this Notes tab when creating a standard channel. Did this change? 

I am trying to determine the best way of taking notes in a Team and in a MS Team Meeting, so doing a little investigating. Found this https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/take-meeting-notes-in-microsoft-teams-3eadf032-0ef8-4d60-9e21-0691d317d103 as well and Notes is not available in my meeting menu. Also found this page  but don't have the option of adding an agenda, tasks, notes here either. I assume none of these features are available for EDU. 

Is the best option to add the OneNote app to the Team and to the Meeting?
