Not able to add second account to New Teams App
Our organization has recently upgraded to the New Teams App which should have the functionality to manage multiple accounts.
Whenever anyone tries to add a second valid account, they receive the following message. "Due to org policy, you can't use this account on this device. Talk to your IT admin for more info or sign in using another account."

Does anyone know which policy setting controls this?

try clearing the New Microsoft Teams cache and check if the issue is still there.
