New Teams Client Secondary Ringer Option Missing
New Teams client updated to version 23217.806.2340.1703. (client version is 49/23080601422.) today, secondary ringer which was set as inbuilt sound card no longer rings and I'm unable to set as option is no longer available in Settings > Devices.
Checking Tech Community previous discussion that secondary ringer wasn't available on the early builds of the New Teams client but option was added later. Why has this now been removed or is there another way of setting this feature? For our organisation this is a deal breaker for our customer service and support desk team as they need this for call recognition in a noisy office or when working from home, not sure why Microsoft delayed this or have removed/broken secondary ringer.

Nathaniel_Goss Hey, I don't recall it being in the New Teams client. There's been a bit of a discussion here: Secondary Ringtone still missing - Microsoft Community Hub
If it's something you need, it's best to wait until the full release of the full client. There are still several features missing and known issues.
- Nathaniel_GossCopper ContributorYou have Microsoft Teams version 23231.413.2355.7555.You've got the latest version. It was last updated on 07/09/2023.
Update today and the secondary ringer function is back again.
I've got to assume that Microsoft aren't prioritising an established and understood way of notifying a user when there is an incoming voice call.
¯\_(ツ)_/¯
