If it's something you need, it's best to wait until the full release of the full client. There are still several features missing and known issues.
- You have Microsoft Teams version 23231.413.2355.7555.You've got the latest version. It was last updated on 07/09/2023.
Update today and the secondary ringer function is back again.
I've got to assume that Microsoft aren't prioritising an established and understood way of notifying a user when there is an incoming voice call.
