Navigation between tens (68) "Your teams" with hundreds of channels
I just have to get this off my chest - I am not able to find easy way to navigate in "Your teams". I run engineering org and need to be member in tens of "Your teams". My issues (app on Mac, web client):
- Filter is useless, unless I know channel name - I can filter using the team name, but when I select the filtered result then I do not see channels. I need to remove the filter, to see all channels in the team. As soon as I do that, boom - the left panel scrolls somewhere and I can start the search for the team/channel again. Would be nice to keep the team selected and do not move the scrollbar when the filter is removed.
- Unable to pin the team - can pin only the channel. The amount of pins is limited to 10 (probably pins are expensive).
- Unable to use drag&drop to move the selected team to desired position in list (e.g. move frequently used team to higher position). This acts randomly, from scrolling to bottom of the list, to scroll to some random place in list, to not scroll at all.
Am I really the only one trying to use MS Teams for org bigger than 20 heads? Am I missing some usability hacks? Or am I just too old?
Any hints (even keyboard shortcuts - I am desperate!) appreciated (and no, I will not switch to Windows).

I can verify your first two points, but have no issue with drag-drop to reorder Teams as I wish.
I'm in many, many Teams, but I'm only ever active in a handful of them at a time. I allow/push Teams into the hidden Teams section to keep my active Teams close at hand. I use Pin to pull out specific channels from the otherwise hidden list.
Do you really need to keep all these Teams in sight? People can still @you to draw your attention to specific messages.
