Mute
Hi all I’m abit confused with what’s happening with my teams. When I’m on a call and I’m on mute for others in the call it is showing that I’m not On mute. Also it came up with saying your microphone ...
It sounds as if you may have 2 mute buttons, the one in Teams and another on your device. You can have your device muted, but Teams will show unmuted. Audio will not go through though.
You can also have Teams muted and the device not muted, audio will not go through, but Teams may hear the audio and think that you don't realize that you are muted and let you know that you are talking and no one is hearing you.
