MS Teams not closing Microsoft Suite files

Hi Microsoft,

We have pinned our Dynamics 365 into teams for easy collaboration and use of files. The only issue is when we open any MS suite file such as excel, word and even PDF it does not allow us to exit the file.

We have gone to File and close but that just closes the file options drop down and there is no close but on the right corner. Further you can open in the desktop app however it still keeps the original file open in the MS teams view.
