Mp4 files not playing in Teams app in Ipad "Preview Unavailable" error
Hi
My son is using Teams App for Online education and we are facing an issue that that none of the MP4 files are playing in Microsoft Teams in Ipad.
MS Teams version: 2.0.18
Ipad Software version: 12.4.8
Everytime i open MP4 files it shows the error message as "Preview Unavailable" enclosed teh screenshot.
Pls help with a solution at the earliest.

Videos in Office 365 (which Microsoft Teams is a component of) are hosted on Microsoft Stream. In order to view videos on Teams the teacher should upload the video to Microsoft Stream. Hope this helps.
