Missing dial pad A3 licenses
Hi All. i have migrated some test users from SfB on prem to teams.
i have removed all licenses and re added ( a3 and phone system for faculty)
i have disabled and re-enabled EV via powershell and added a new csonlinevoiceroute ( direct routing ) but still no dial pad ( but can receive incoming calls )
any suggestions where i can look. im thinking there is something in the environment blocking this.
