Ian_Lewczynski Setting the microphone to Realtek High Definition Audio(SST) somehow fixed the earphones speaker volume for me. It still seems like it's using the earphone mic too.
I tried all of the above but it is still the same. The interesting part is that when you are using Webex the hardware works fine even you need to turn the volume down. It is something with the Teams Soft
