Ian_Lewczynski I have been trying to fix this problem since I got my work laptop 4 months ago, and tried every solution mentioned here. None of them worked for me. However! With the help of the IT guy from work, we finally found a solution that worked for me: updating the driver for the audio on my laptop. In my case (Dell) this was the Realtek high def audio driver. Hope this helps someone else 🙂
