Microsoft Teams Call Queue
Hi,
A colleague of mine is receiving phone calls from a call queue via MS Teams Admin Center, despite not being a user in the call answering queue.
I checked with the others in the call queue to make sure they aren't forwarding calls to him, to which they all said no.
Is there something I am missing or a quick config fix?

Hi, I’d check the queue membership from both angles. In Teams admin center, open the Call Queue and look at whether agents are added directly or through a group, because the user may be included through a Microsoft 365/security group. Also check if another agent has call forwarding, simultaneous ring, or delegation pointing to him. If everything looks clean, PowerShell with Get-CsCallQueue can help confirm the real agent list behind the UI.
