Microsoft Teams App

I have been using the Microsoft Teams App for meetings for quite a while and noticed for a while the app stopped working so had to use the online version to get into meetings.

However I now cannot access any meetings at all, it keeps telling me I have an issue signing in and tells me to sign out and sign in but nothing works, iv obviously logged out and in, deleted the app and uploaded the app again and nothings working. I've requested a new password from my admin, but still awaiting this, but I don't think this is the issue, because I purposely entered a different password and just had a message to reset rather than an error message that my correct password is giving.

So I'm a little confused with what's happening. When logging on with my personal accounts to teams, there are no access issues at all. But this really doesn't help me currently, as it means I would need to constantly change my access to meetings from a personal account.

We have a paid for Microsoft 365 account for the office so I'm literally stuck with what the issue is. I may have missed some update regarding business account access to Teams, but clearly other Business accounts can still access it, I just don't know why mine currently cant.

I'd be very grateful of any help or advise, I'm not the most tech savvy with Teams I'm afraid.

Thanks

Jeanie

What i understand is with your business account neither you are able to login to MS Teams desktop app and nor via Web client.
So, Whosoever provisioned your account initially, please check with them one more time if its been provisioned correctly or not for you?

AndresGorzelany this is what i receive every time after I try to log in no matter which route I try.

As i say ive deleted and reloaded it due to it saying its been disabled. We do not have an IT department here as there are only 3 of us in this office and trust me, the other 2 know even less than me and don't really touch my PC for any reason. So im unsure why its just stopped letting me access meetings. But my personal one works just fine.

Ok it says that the Microsoft Teams application has been disabled, what license do you have in the tenant? what products have you purchased?
